WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
Soft pressing of the clusters, temperature-controlled fermentation, maturation in stainless steel tanks until spring

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: straw yellow rather deep
NOSE:clean, very intense and persistent, typically aromatic
PALATE:the taste is dry but velvety, good texture with a persistent aromatic base
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13 % VOL

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 11° C

FOOD PAIRINGS
An excellent aperitif, good with hors d’oeuvre, smoked hams and some kinds of cheese

CONSERVATION AND AGING
Pleasantly drunk in the year but can age for years
