From grapes of the Maso Donati in Mezzocorona-Campo Rotaliano vineyards

100% TEROLDEGO

VINIFICATION
Harvested in small containers, 100% carbonic maceration (10 days). After some days extraction of the whole grape, still intact and soft pressing of the clusters, temperature-controlled fermentation follows. The wine is matured very early and bottled in November

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: shiny ruby red with evident purple tones, admirable intensity with an elegant and
refined persistence
AROMA: the fruity aromas of raspberry and strawberry blend harmoniously with the
sweetness of toffee and sweet grape
TASTE: pleasantly fresh and dry with tones of balance and fineness and with a rare
gracefulness for a new wine
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% VOL

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 16° C

MATCHING WITH FOOD
Pleasant by itself as a red not too complex, goes well with soups, light meats, general cold cuts and cheese

CONSERVATION AND LASTING
Mainly drunk in November, December, January and February, with time it loses aroma and flavour to become more vinous
