produced in limited quantity after a careful selection of Gewürztraminer grapes picked up in late grape harvest coming from vineyards cultivated by Donati’s in the Valley of Lakes

VINIFICATION METHOD
Grapes are picked up during November once reached overripeness. Soft pressure of the grapes, fermentation at monitored temperature, ripeness in steel boxes and stay in bottle for some months, up to November of the following year

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
grape is featured by small bunches with pinkish-bronzed berries, having a strongly aromatic taste

COLOUR: golden yellow with brilliant reflections
SCENT: intense and very noble scents of dried apricot and ripe tropical fruit
TASTE: full, with a pleasant sweetness and a dry and persistent end

ANALYSIS: alcohol 13,00% by vol.
DRINKING TEMPERATURE
pleasant to drink fresh

SERVING MATCHINGS
to taste with pastries, very good also with seasoned and herbs cheese and foie gras
try it also as meditation wine

STORAGE AND SHELF
It can easily support some year ageing, emphasizing the sweet notes.
It appears with very intense smell and contemporary with a pleasant palate freshness; it is not overly cloying.
